- CUSTOM vs PREFAB wood (w storage wall)
- UNDULATED vs ORTHOGONAL
- SPACES BETWEEN BUILDINGS
- INSIDE vs OUTSIDE
- DIRECTIONALITY (Burke Gilman dominates)
